I am an Oregon based photographer who specializes in analog and alternative photographic processes. I prefer this "slow photography" as a practice as it allows me to engage physically with the materiality of the image, and be more present and intentional in each photographs making. I studied photography at the School of Visual Arts, NYC and SFAI. 

I was raised on a farm on the plains of NE Colorado and grew up with a deep love of the natural world and of making things with my hands. I very happily live in Portland, Or. When I'm not taking photos, I spend most of my days gardening, knitting, sewing, and spending time outside with my husband Brian and our dog Sawyer.
